Workshop for Spiritual Leaders on Community Campaigns to Reduce Demand for Wildlife Products

This two-day workshop is part of the No Ivory No Tiger (NINT) Amulets continuing campaign to reduce demand for ivory and tiger products driven by spiritual beliefs. It aims to strengthen and expand engagement of Buddhist monks and nuns to counter these spiritual beliefs that was initiated under USAID Wildlife Asia through three workshops organized with the International Network of Engaged Buddhists (INEB) for more than 80 monks and nuns from 50 temples across Thailand. Participants to this two-day workshop will be monks and nuns (attendees of previous workshops and others) who will submit proposals for community-level campaigns to counter spiritual beliefs about wildlife products.
