Counter Transnational Organized Crime Training Workshop
Counter Transnational Organize Crime (CTOC) training course was designed to address transnational organized crime groups which are self-perpetuating associations of individuals who operate, wholly or in part, by illegal means and irrespective of geography or national borders. A key objective of the training is increasing and sustaining transnational multi-agency coordination and information sharing.
